Project Manager will have at least four years of experience in managing Web site design and maintenance services. The manager will coordinate project tasks, assign work to other professionals, and will be the primary contact person for Government project coordinators.

Programmer will have four or more years experience in writing application software, data analysis, data access, data structure, data manipulation, databases, programming, testing and implementation, technical user documentation and software conversion. Programmers will have experience including mainframes, mid-range systems, personal computers and laptops and will assist with or lead in the design of program specifications and implementation of software solutions.

Creative Specialist will have at least four years or more experience in the creative field graphic design, art direction and Web site development experience. The Creative Specialist will assist with discovery, the design phase, and lead graphic design and design implementation as well as flash, audio and video technical applications.

Other Specialist will have at least two years experience in technical or business Web site development applications. This individual will assist with the implementation of concept development, design implementation and testing.
